Friday: 3:15 - 4:15 pm
Sunday: 7-8 am

Uncoached Practices
Drop in practices:
Mondays 10-12,
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11-1
Your coach will provide a one hour practice for the drop ins that you can do at your own pace
Fees
Trial month!
Try us out in December for $40, and no registration fees. We will reduce our number of practices from 12/22 -1/2.
Beginning January 2026 our fees will be $70 per month to drop in to any practice time.
All members will need a masters swimming membership, please budget $75 for this
